Tutorial[edit | edit source]

When starting the game for the first time, the player is taken through a tutorial, here they will learn:

  • How to grab a gun
  • How to shoot a gun
  • Basic dodging and aiming

Players face an easy bot to get a better understanding of how the game works.

The tutorial can be accessed through the Settings page in the main menu at any point.

The Duel options found in the main menu.

Duel[edit | edit source]

You can queue up for a duel in the main menu. All duels are played for League Tier points and will increase or decrease your rank.

Players are spawned on a platform with the weapons spawning around them after the timer starts.

The round is ended when a player has damaged the opponent enough so that the health runs out.

All matches are played in best of three rounds, with each round having a 2 minute time limit. If the time runs out, the player with more health wins.

In Duel options (button found in the main menu) players can enable or disable the following options:

  • Training: Enabling this will make the player only face bots.
  • Bots while queuing: Enabling this will include the possibility of facing bots.
  • Bots give rewards: Enabling this will include the possibility of earning League Points as well as Creds and Experience Points.
You can either create, join or spectate a friendly duel.

Friendly Duel[edit | edit source]

Players can host and join other players to play a friendly duel. These do not change players League Tier points.

Friendly duels are started either in the main menu under "Friendly Duel" or by fistbumping another player in room in the Ozo Lounge.

In-Game Event[edit | edit source]

At times there are time constrained in-game events, otherwise known as "challenges" in the game. Entry are restricted by ranks, and an entry fee, which is paid with Blasts.

Once entering, players queue up in a separate "tournament queue" and face other players who have also entered.

Seasonal Mode[edit | edit source]

Added in the Quick Draw Update. An additional queue outside of the normal duel mode. The Seasonal Mode has special rules added without any constrictions to ranks. No rewards are given as well.

Quick Draw[edit | edit source]

Both players play as Taylock in the Greatstone Valley arena. The podiums are further apart and each round has a randomized start time which says "Draw!" instead of the normal countdown. Once the round starts each player only gets access to a modified version of the Raptor with the Deadringer skin. The Raptor fires a lot faster to mimic regular guns, unlike the standard mode in the game. The health bars are also modified to visually match the damage of the modified Raptor (players take a 5th of the health bar for each shot).

Arctic Blast[edit | edit source]

Played on the Arctic Resort arena. Players play with a random set of loadouts. In this mode, there can be more than one of each weapon (ex: several FrostBytes or several Hammers).

Street Brawl[edit | edit source]

Played on a modified version of the Scrapper's Street arena. Players play in a similar mode as Quick Draw, but with a modified version of the Nova, along with The Cyber Bow (Luma).

Knockout![edit | edit source]

On the 3rd floor of the Ozo Lounge between 2-8 players can play a single-elimination knockout tournament. Players enter a room, sign up and then play their assigned matches to progress the tournament. Matches can be spectated in real-time, but you can also watch the replays of each match in the tournament. Once a winner has been decided, a trophy will spawn with the winner's name on it which they can pick up.
